Minkus is a group of " melodic hardcore " created in 2002 by five young people of the lausannoise area.

They knew how to integrate, in a style mixing power and harmony, some Spanish and English songs which brings a new vibes to the metal world of French-speaking Switzerland.

After one working year, the group joins S & D Studio to record a demo cd of four titles, which, further to a common enthusiasm, was quickly transformed into a demo album of eight titles (+2 bonus), entitled "Hermano".

They also obtain a contract of sponsoring with Keetch Clothing (line of clothes conceived for amateurs and professionnals).

Having performed on various stages, Minkus participates in several radio broadcasts (Couleur3 " krakoukass ", Frequency Banana) as well as to a column in the Transit magazine.
